Fast, Easy Returns at Crocs.pk

At Crocs, we aim to provide 100% satisfaction to our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, we are here to help.
Return requests can be raised once the product is delivered and within 10 days from delivery. 

Please note that products purchased at crocs.pk can only be returned to us. Products purchased from the stores should be returned to stores. Crocs reserves the right to amend or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.

- Eligibility for Returns:

  • Returns are accepted within 10 days from the date of delivery.
  • All Product(s)s to be returned must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags, tag loop and packaging intact and should not be broken or tampered with. For orders with multiple products, please initiate separate return requests for each Product(s). All Product(s) should be handed over by the customer to facilitate a smooth refund process.

- Return Process:

  • Our team will arrange for a pick-up from your location (available in most pin codes) within 3-5 business days from date of return request
  • We shall notify you via email once we have received the returned Product (Once the Product(s) is delivered to our warehouse & passes the quality check, we will initiate the refund as below:

Prepaid Orders
Refunds shall be processed back to the original payment method only. Refunds may take up to 10- 15 business days depending upon your bank to reflect in your account.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Submit your bank details at the time of raising the return request or share the bank details with our customer service team. Refunds may take up to 20-22 business days depending upon your bank to reflect in your account.

- Damaged or Defective Product(s) Delivered:

  • If you receive a defective / damaged / wrong product or have any concern regarding the delivered Product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
